We stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway and loved the location. The hotel is right on the beach, providing stunning ocean views. The hotel is also conveniently located near the popular Hard Rock Cafe restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The room we stayed in was clean and had a good-sized balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff catering to our needs. The breakfast options were extensive, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
The pool area could use some updating as it seemed a bit outdated and old-fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the amazing service provided by the staff. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive bellboys, everyone made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Another highlight was the breathtaking views and stunning property of the hotel. the beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of my experience. Additionally, the convenient location of the hotel near a bus stop made it easy for me to explore and navigate the city.
I have to say that the hotel is starting to show signs of age. Some parts of the property appeared a bit dated and in need of renovation.

This luxury hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a stunning pool with a view and private beach access. the staff provides exceptional service and there is a great selection of food at the restaurant. The room advantages are also impressive, with a Sauna in my room, private facilities, and an outdoor Jacuzzi providing a luxurious experience. Cons: the snack bar could be improved, as the selection was limited. this is a minor issue and did not greatly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

I had the most amazing stay at a beachfront hotel in Cancun. The location was perfect, as it was right by the ocean and I could enjoy the beautiful view from my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, from the attentive service to the delicious breakfast options. I also loved the facilities, including the pools and the gym.
