Kempinski Hotel Cancun

We stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway and loved the location. The hotel is right on the beach, providing stunning ocean views. The hotel is also conveniently located near the popular Hard Rock Cafe restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The room we stayed in was clean and had a good-sized balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff catering to our needs. The breakfast options were extensive, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

The pool area could use some updating as it seemed a bit outdated and old-fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the amazing service provided by the staff. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive bellboys, everyone made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Another highlight was the amazing views and fine hotel of the hotel. The beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of my vacays. the convenient location of the hotel near a bus stop made it easy for me to explore and navigate the city.

I have to say that the hotel is starting to show signs of age. This was a minor drawback to an otherwise great stay.

This luxury hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a stunning pool with a view and private beach access. the staff provides exceptional service and there is a great selection of food at the restaurant. The room advantages are also impressive, with a Sauna in my room, private facilities, and an outdoor Jacuzzi providing a luxurious experience. Cons: the snack bar could be improved, as the selection was limited. this is a minor issue and did not greatly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

I had the most amazing stay at a beachfront hotel in Cancun. The location was perfect, as it was right by the ocean and I could enjoy the beautiful view from my room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, from the attentive service to the delicious breakfast options. I also loved the facilities, including the pools and the gym. They really did their best to make my stay memorable.

We also loved the location, with the hotel being close to the airport and the market next door. we enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants on the lagoon within walking distance and the outlet near the sliding glass doors for easy access.
